Network Engineer – Field Service Technician
Location: Foxboro, MA

Position Description:
We are seeking a Field Service Technician with successful IT experience. This individual will deliver efficient customer service both remotely and onsite. A steadfast “get the job done” attitude and passion for customer service is a requirement. Hours will vary and commuting to customer’s sites primarily in the NE is required. Individuals who apply for this position must be driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have working knowledge in the following areas:
- TCP/IP networking
- Wireless technologies
- VLAN, QoS, routing
- Switching protocols (LACP, Port Security, etc..)
- Wiring fundamentals
- RADIUS fundamentals
- Microsoft Windows support/troubleshooting
- Computer/hardware repair
- Microsoft operating systems (ex. Vista, XP, Windows 7, etc.)
- Windows server operating systems (ex. 2003, 2008 (R2), 2012, SBS 2003/2008/2011)
- Active directory, DHCP, DNS
- Microsoft Exchange
- SMTP/POP fundamentals
Requirements:
- Acceptable RMV driving record is required
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol test required
- Pre-employment CORI check required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional skills/certifications deemed beneficial:
- Development skills (PHP, C#, HTML)
- MS SQL server
- BICSI certifications
- Project management
